Nipflon®
By embedding about 25 Vol-% PTFE into a coat of electroless nickel, its excellent properties can be improved even more. This coating is significant because of its anti-adhesiveness. By minimising sliding friction, it helps with hard-to-remove injection moulded parts and when components need to be frequently assembled, removed or adjusted.

Mould cores
In plastic injection moulding, many materials stick to the tools or are difficult to remove, for example through undercutting. A coat of Nipflon® avoids these problems.
